When you order bulk beef from us, we schedule a butcher date and then work closely with you and the butcher to ensure you get the exact cuts you want. You will go direct with the butcher and they will talk you through your cut sheet, choosing how much and what cuts you prefer. From there we take care of picking up your beef and transporting it back to the farm for convenient pick up.
